How we work with international clients

PROENSO works with investors, architects and contractors from across Europe. Engineering correspondence in English or Polish. Quotations, technical specifications and project documentation can be delivered in either language. Polish UDT documentation is always in Polish (regulatory requirement) — we provide English summaries on request.

For projects in Poland we coordinate directly with general contractors, designers, conservation authorities (for listed heritage buildings) and Polish UDT regional offices. For projects elsewhere in Europe we work alongside local partners under PROENSO engineering supervision.

What to include in your first message

Building context — residential / commercial / industrial / heritage, location, approximate size
Shaft conditions if known — pit depth, headroom, cabin dimensions, number of stops
